No-bake cookies are a classic and nostalgic favorite for many of us, and who can resist the flavor of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter?
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, frozen (secret ingredient)
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 pinches mineral salt (generous pinches)
- 1 tbsp TH Super Sweet Blend or 2 tbsp TH Gentle Sweet (You may want to start out with less and taste before adding more since everyone’s tastebuds are unique.)
- 1 serving of unflavored Trim Healthy Whey Protein or Optimized Creamy Dreamy Plant Protein for dairy-free
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Defatted Peanut Flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted organic oats
- 12 large ice cubes (12 to 16 depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
Add ingredients in listed order to your smoothie blender cup (this smoothie and smoothie bowl maker is my favorite). If you have the same smoothie and smoothie bowl maker I have, simply put the blade on the cup and put it on the machine locked in place. Press the smoothie button and let the blender do the work. If you have another blender, follow smoothie instructions or blend and take a moment to scrape sides down and blend again if needed until all is blended smooth. Add your favorite straw and savor the nostalgia and yumminess!
THM Pro quick prep tip for on-the-go meals: Add the dry ingredients above to a small container or baggie. Right before you are ready to run out the door, add your frozen and liquid ingredients to the smoothie cup, dump in contents of the dry ingredient baggy or container, blend, and go!!!
