Group coaching is from a Biblical perspective that transforms our mindsets about food, transforms our bodies, and strengthens our spirits.
Once you have joined and been approved to the group, you will be given a link for access to the paid communication group (which is no longer on FB) for this group coaching session. ALL of our communications, coaching sessions, lessons, information shared, etc. will be within email, in the group or on Zoom call unless otherwise notified.
We use Marco Polo, email, and AttractWell for communications, coaching lesson content, motivation, etc. No social media use for coaching so no drama!
We also use the Renewing of the Mind book which you can find HERE by Barb Raveling to continue our mind renewal journey. This book will be used over, and over, and over, because it contains renewing of the mind habits and emotions that we may need to work on throughout our THM journey. Don’t worry–we will take them one at a time!
