contract terms: 3 months $849 or 6 months $1600
This is a complete package that includes learning the Trim Healthy Mama Plan and/or the
Trim Healthy Wisdom plan where indicated
*FREE 15 minute discovery call so you can ask questions and I can get to know your journey so far as well as understand your needs (all calls are scheduled by appointment during business hours only on certain days of the week as I need to be respectful of the time of my current local and online clients and my family).
*Learning the Trim Healthy Mama Plan or Trim Healthy Wisdom from start to finish
*Coaching with Biblical mind renewal to overcome lies and emotions that cause us to break our boundaries; i.e. emotional eating, food, culture, body image, etc. to combat the negative beliefs and habits
*Weekly 30-minute call via Zoom (all calls are scheduled by appointment during business hours only on certain days of the week as I need to be respectful of the time of my current local and online clients and my family as well as your time)
*access to me via text Mon-Fri 9am-5pm via text for help or questions or email with questions anytime.
*access to my app with tools and resources like food journal, custom workouts, exercise progress, custom habit tracking, access to community message boards, challenges, celebrating progress, motivation, and more
*Daily message and/or text communication with encouragement, motivation, and support
*Daily review of your menu/food journal in the app for accountability and correct plan implementation
*Custom workouts in the app, exercise motivation, and progress tracking
*Weekly checkins with goal setting and nonscale victory celebration
*Coach Amanda’s personal weekly menu shared with you
*troubleshooting and tweaks for food allergies, stalls, hormone balance, diabetes, etc.
*Optional menu recommendations with grocery lists (must have THM membership to access these on my database)
*$10 off required THM membership subscription (required for menu, grocery list, and recipe shares and other THM tools used in coaching)
*Discount for continuing coaching after you graduate your current term
When you register for coaching, I set aside time on my schedule, and offer digital written & video courses, live and recorded lessons and services that cannot be “returned”. I am with you every step of the way to provide you with the tools, but it is up to you to commit to the program and utilize the tools. When you register, you also take up a spot in my coaching schedule. Therefore, all sales are final no matter how many days you have been in the coaching program. Once you’ve completed level one 1-on-1 coaching, you can choose to continue 1-on-1 level 2 with a custom package or join our group coaching depending on your level of understanding and implementation.
